Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Frankly no one as I developed my own style of using fluid art techniques to make pieces like accent tables, wall art and home decor items. I want people to be surrounded by art and not just have it on their walls. Also I started this business so I can make art that is unique and still affordable to people. I hope I continue to inspire others by posting my process videos on social media and by answering their questions. My new goal is to hold workshops and give people an art experience.

How do you stay motivated?

I am what some may call a somewhat ‘brave’ Artist. I am not afraid of experimenting, trying new art mediums or pushing the boundaries of either my skills or what my materials can do for me. I think this has been the biggest factor in keeping my creativity alive and keeping me motivated. Also I find fluid art therapeutic and it gives me immense happiness. So I can truly say I’ve found my passion.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in a place which would become my ‘art retreat’ where I would not only create for my self but where I can interact and teach others by holding workshops or rather give them a ‘fluid art experience’ and start a small business and hope to grow. I think people nowadays want an experience rather than just a product when they spend their money. And fluid art is quick and beautiful to do for even the most impatient! It’s therapeutic & so much fun.
