We started our business when my fiancé lost his job due to medical issue. We we're looking for something to support the loss income. While that's definitely still a motivating factor, this business takes a lot more work than we had originally anticipated. We've considered pursuing less time consuming business, but the reactions customers have to our products produces a joy that is so hard to put into words. How do you stay motivated?

Our customers love the impact our products & services are making. That helps us stay motivated. Being a trailblazer in a new industry is hard. Yet everytime some encounters our machines or sees our cotton candy for the first time, they are always in awe. We've heard customers say, "This is genius. Who came up with this business model?" Kids will say, "I've never seen something so beautiful, and the cotton candy is bigger than my head." Definitely confirmation for us.

What would you do with the $25,000?

We want to document our processes and systems and invest in franchising the business mode. The two of us can only reach so many people. By offering to show other families how to operate this business that impact becomes exponential. The franchise also impacts the franchisee! It's a lower cost model that could build wealth when operated efficiently! We want to take "bringing positivity to the world" to another level!
