Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I believe that small businesses are the backbone of America. Free Enterprise and the American promise of a land of opportunity is the foundation of our country. That being said, starting a business is progressively becoming more difficult, and it is crowed with too many point solutions that has fragmented the way a business can achieve success and sustainability. I want my children to grow up in a world where they can pursue their dreams to take their skills, trade & vision into the world.

How do you stay motivated?

I believe people are motivated or they are not. However, I do focus on habits. I exercise what I consider excellent habits. I commit to a minimum of 45 minutes of exercise everyday, I set objectives within my goal framework(s) so I can have a sense of achievement and progress. I focus on elevating others, as I believe that is how we elevate ourselves. I preach our vision, and I fail forward. When I get feedback from those who use the things we have built, and we witness the impact it makes.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would move 100% of all of it into Growthware, Inc. I founded Growthware in Dec 2022. Growthware is an all-in-one platform for small businesses that gamifies their journey of growth, and in one fluent platform provides everything small businesses need to attract, interact, and transact with their customers. Everything to capture growth, and it AI-generates the playbooks for the SMB level by level. (Needs of a business making $60k/yr is substantially different than the one making $500k/yr.
