Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from witnessing the gap between scientific knowledge and public understanding of sustainability. Seeing researchers develop innovative solutions while many people struggle to understand basic environmental concepts drives me to bridge this divide. I'm inspired by the potential of digital education to democratize sustainability knowledge, making it accessible to everyone regardless of their location or background.

How do you stay motivated?

The growing impact of our Sustainability Nuggets podcast, now ranked 13th globally among sustainability podcasts, fuels my motivation. Each message from listeners about how our content helped them understand and act on environmental issues reinforces our mission. The urgent need for sustainability education keeps me focused, while our community's engagement and growth remind me that we're making a real difference in fostering environmental consciousness worldwide.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The funding would accelerate our mission to make sustainability education more engaging and accessible. I would invest in developing a comprehensive online course platform, enhanced production equipment for our podcast, and expand our reach through targeted digital marketing. Additionally, I would create a scholarship program enabling people who aspire to work in the sustainability industry, particularly from underrepresented communities, to access our courses and advance their careers.
