A vision that began with a 7-year-old girl's dream of aspiring to be the next Coco Chanel. That dream grew as I earned my advanced degree in The Business of Denim, at FIDM where I uncovered the environmental harm caused by the denim industry. Driven to create change, I founded Hargan Denim to craft high-quality, small-batch garments made from repurposed and deadstock fabrics. Sustainability, ethics, and love at its core, I strive to inspire and redefine denim’s impact on the world.

The hope that one little girl’s dream can inspire others and make a change is what motivates me to get up and continue everyday. Denim, is tradition—classic, intimate, and personal. Each pair tells a story, from cherished memories to self-expression. The challenges are opportunities to learn and grow, and I’m inspired by ordinary people achieving extraordinary things.

The $25,000 would fund the growing demand of hargan, support a team to scale production and to fulfill the required tasks to get hargan into retail stores across the US in 2025.
