Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My team and clients are our inspiration for RED66 Marketing. Many of the businesses we work with are family-owned and multi-generational. Those businesses support their local communities and employees to grow and thrive. Our employees are passionate marketers—driven to learn, grow and hone their craft. Our goal is simple: To help our clients win through strategic marketing efforts; whether it's winning new business, retaining their customers, and/or attracting and retaining top talent.

How do you stay motivated?

Running a business can be lonely. It's a lot of grit and perseverance. It's also a passion for marketing and what it can do for our clients. Looking back on client wins, team achievements and professional growth keeps me motivated. I also participate in professional marketing organizations and Vistage to connect with other business owners and leaders like me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in AI training and specific tools to increase our efficiency for the agency. This would mean educating our entire team on powerful tools to improve our work, analyze data and move the needle. We're doing some of this work already. However, with significant dollars to fully optimize and integrate tools for our entire tech stack, this would elevate our business quickly.
