Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is rooted in two main areas: the necessity for improved stewardship of natural resources through the use of bamboo toilet paper and the aim to create job opportunities for Black individuals. The significant demand for wood pulp leads to the premature destruction of trees, whereas bamboo presents a sustainable and quickly renewable option. Furthermore, Black communities requires support, as they face troubling statistics related to poverty, incarceration, and unemployment.

How do you stay motivated?

I remain motivated by my deep concern for the state of our environment and my commitment to making a significant impact on communities facing serious challenges. It saddens me to witness issues that can be resolved. As a problem solver, I take great joy in improving our world and urban areas. When trees are prevented from growing and thriving, it adversely affects the ecosystem, leading to a loss of food and habitat for wildlife, along with an increase in greenhouse gases.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Eco-Overflowing Bamboo PP is establishing bold objectives for the coming year. Our goals are as follows: *Forge partnerships with four prominent hotels. *Complete onboarding processes in three new countries for Walmart. Recruit two part-time employees ($8,000 at $20/hr). *Introduce a commercial toilet paper roll ($3,432). *Procure inventory ($11,568). *Set aside funds for a marketing campaign ($2,000) aimed at achieving 10,000 YouTube impressions and paid advertisements on IG, FB, and TikTok.
