Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from experiencing burnout as a physician and witnessing the flaws of a reactive, insurance based one-size-fits-all healthcare system. This drove me to create a concierge functional medicine practice where science and spirituality blend to address root causes. By focusing on lifestyle factors like sleep, stress, nutrition, exercise, relationships, and mind-body-spirit balance, I empower others to thrive. My mission is to challenge the system and offer a path to true wellness.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from seeing the transformative impact I can make in people’s lives. Every time a patient regains their energy, heals from chronic issues, or feels empowered to take control of their health, it reinforces my purpose. I also stay motivated by practicing what I preach—prioritizing sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, and movement to keep my own mind, body, and spirit aligned. Finally, my roles as a mom, veteran, & entrepreneur push me to lead by example, showing others

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would invest in expanding my mission to empower others through personalized health and wellness. This would include enhancing my concierge functional medicine practice with additional tools like advanced diagnostic technologies and offering scholarships for underserved patients. I’d also grow my wellness workshops, podcasts, and corporate programs to reach more people, spreading awareness about the life-changing potential of integrative, root-cause-focused care.
