Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

In the past, I was not the "typical student" or leader I am today! I was mischievous, outspoken, and misunderstood. If my teachers knew the struggles I faced, the identity issues I had, and the overall dysfunction I was juggling while trying to be a compliant student, they would have treated me differently. At the time, I needed someone to coach, support, and show me how to be a better student. My business allows me to help teachers manage students like me, which is my main inspiration

How do you stay motivated?

Urban schools, particularly those serving predominantly Black and minority student populations, face persistent challenges in managing student behavior effectively. These challenges often stem from cultural disconnects, insufficiently customized behavior management approaches, and a need for strategies for addressing the unique social-emotional needs of urban students. Being able to shift this narrative is rewarding and motivating. Children are the future, and we should see them differently!

What would you do with the $25,000?

The funds will be allocated to three key areas: 1. Developing Scalable Infrastructure ($10,000): I will create a robust digital platform to house my 3R Method and other training programs. 2. Marketing and Outreach ($8,000): I plan to launch targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness. 3. Team Expansion and Professional Development ($7,000): To build a sustainable foundation, I will onboard a part-time operations assistant and provide ongoing training for my team.
