Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is Jesus. His servant leadership, ability to cast vision, and unwavering focus on others’ needs are foundational to how I approach my work. Beyond that, I’m deeply inspired by people like John Maxwell, who bring faith and leadership together. I admire their ability to empower others while staying grounded in purpose and values.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the “why” behind everything I do. My calling to help others live out their God-given purpose is my constant driver. Staying connected to my faith, leaning into prayer, and surrounding myself with a strong community of mentors, peers, and family keeps me energized. I also revisit the transformational stories of the people I’ve helped—it reminds me of the real impact of my work.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d invest in scaling my impact. This would include developing resources for The Warrior’s Path, a men’s ministry I’m passionate about, to empower more men to live intentionally and lead with faith. I’d also enhance my podcast production and reach, enabling my content to inspire a larger audience.
