Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from reducing paint waste and bringing color and joy to underserved communities. At Global Paint for Charity, I’m driven by the smiles I see when families and children experience the beauty of freshly painted homes for the first time. Each gallon of recycled paint represents hope, well-being, and happiness, turning discarded paint into valuable resources. It’s not just about painting walls, it’s about creating a brighter future for those who need it most.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the impact of my work. Seeing the transformation of shantytowns to beautiful cities reminds me why I started this journey. Knowing that each gallon of paint we recycle reduces waste and transforms lives keeps me inspired. I also draw motivation from the communities we uplift, the partners and supporters who share my vision, and the belief that small efforts can create lasting change. Their stories fuel my passion every single day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would amplify Global Paint for Charity’s impact by expanding our efforts to reduce paint waste and transform underserved communities. The funds would help us collect and recycle more paint, support community beautification projects, and provide the resources needed to paint homes, schools, and shelters in need. Additionally, I would allocate part of the funding to infrastructure, hiring more people, and engaging volunteers to ensure our mission reaches more people globally.
