Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Creating innovative products that fill need in the market is my passion. As a life long athlete and avid gym goer I discovered the the need for a nighttime protein bar after working out at night and wishing I had something for both recovery and sleep. This is what inspired me to create Midnight Delights the first snack bars optimized for late night snacking.

How do you stay motivated?

Motivation comes in waves but discipline is the only true way to make steady progress. I wasn't always the most discipline person and it's still a work in progress but I credit my discipline and work ethic to my time spent in the military. It also helps to be working in an industry that I am passionate about which is food and beverage. I love the direct feed back of creating a new product and being able to try it on the spot. Supporting my wife and child is also a big reason why I work so hard.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would allow be to create a new flavor of my protein bars and expand the product line. This will help me reach a new milestone on the roadmap and make another step towards my goal of making Midnight Delights a household name snack brand.
