Long-Distance Family Services was inspired by my experience navigating the challenges of solo parenting, career demands, and maintaining emotional connection while my partner worked away. I saw the need for tailored support to help families thrive in this lifestyle. Our service model not only empowers families with tools for wellness and connection but also partners with employers to enhance mental health services, fostering resilience for employees and their loved ones.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation as an entrepreneur comes from the deep need for support that long-distance families face. Knowing I’m helping others strengthen relationships, ease their struggles, and improve wellness keeps me energized. I draw inspiration from my own journey, staying focused on the ‘why’ behind my business. Celebrating small wins, connecting with my community, and envisioning the long-term change I want to create fuels my passion to keep building and innovating every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d enhance Long-Distance Family Services by creating an app for family wellness, and developing employer toolkits for mental health support. Funds would also support targeted marketing campaigns, professional content creation, and advocacy initiatives to reimagine employer policies. Additionally, I’d invest in scaling operations to better meet the needs of families and employers navigating long-distance challenges.
