Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from understanding parents' challenges when juggling demanding careers with the need for reliable, trustworthy childcare. When I became a first-time mom, we struggled to find childcare for our son, and I didn't want parents to feel any uncertainty about their child's well-being. My inspiration lies in solving real-world problems for parents, giving them the confidence to balance their lives while knowing their children are cared for by trusted professionals.

How do you stay motivated?

What motivates me is seeing the impact of my efforts and the smiles on the faces of happy families. Each child we care for becomes a source of motivation as I see their potential and the happiness they bring to the world. Along with setting new goals and pushing myself to overcome challenges, being surrounded by positive and ambitious individuals keeps me motivated and focused. My love for children and providing them with a nurturing atmosphere to grow is the root of my passion.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, the possibilities are endless, but my main focus would be on utilizing the funds to grow and enhance my business. One of my top priorities would be to re-invest in expanding our marketing efforts. I would use some of the funds to invest in my staff. The funds would include covering the costs of drug tests, background checks, and training. I would also use a portion of the money to invest in continued education, training for myself and preparing for unforeseen events.
