Who or what is your inspiration in business?

As a native of Detroit, Michigan, I was raised during the 80’ & 90’s. A time where crime, violence, & poverty was a strain on the city. Nutritional access was not in reach for many of Detroit’s inhabitants, where mile to mile were liquor stores and fast food restaurants. How do you stay motivated?

A joy fills my heart, when I can share nutritional facts, recipes, encourage a new person to try a blend of vegetables & fruits that they would not ordinarily try. I get “goosebumps” every time I share the twelve o’clock plate or show someone how to truly count the total sugar calories in pre-packaged goods. My favorite aunt makes me smile.
