My motivation in business is driven by an unwavering commitment to success—there is no plan B, this has to work. My mission is to put humanity back into hiring, positively impacting job seekers and companies by relieving stress and creating meaningful connections. I aim to redefine perceptions of headhunters, proving we can be trusted partners in transforming lives and businesses for the better.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated knowing job seekers, who’ve struggled for years to find stability, are counting on me to make a difference. Helping others and feeling that pressure drives me to deliver for them. The passion to humanize the hiring process and reinvent recruiting keeps my inner fire burning. I’m fueled by the belief that moving forward is the only way—staying still means declining, and I’m committed to progress for myself, my clients, and the industry.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I’d reinvest it into my company to elevate our tech stack, improving efficiency and expanding our reach to help more people. It would enable me to hire additional team members, ensuring clients and candidates receive the best support throughout their experience with us. This funding would directly impact those relying on us, allowing us to deliver exceptional service, create stronger connections, and continue making a positive difference in the community.
