Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

For me, it starts with my children! My children drive me every day to be the best black example they have ever seen. The strongest positive example of male leader ship that they’ve ever seen and then it goes to the disabled community as a whole. I was put on this earth to show those who face many life challenges that despite life‘s ups and downs, you can still shine through whatever your darkness is.

How do you stay motivated?

I’m motivated by being the mode breaker to change the trajectory of the generations behind us. Much of my family before me struggled living check to check accepting what society says that they were supposed to have. I don’t believe I have to settle for that! I believe that if I put in the work you can have the things that you want and life.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I have an opportunity to acquire a business and I have the vision to take to its next level. The $25,000 would give me the upstart cost that I need for materials and hiring a production company to get the work done. but for me, the interaction with Mr. John is more important. The opportunity to share my vision with him, and to gain his invaluable insight, would mean the world to me.
