Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration stems from my passion to help businesses thrive. In my first business, I lacked the support and knowledge needed to sustain it, which made the journey challenging. However, those experiences shaped me. Over the past decade, I’ve gained valuable knowledge and expertise, and now my goal is to share what I’ve learned. By equipping entrepreneurs with the tools and guidance they need, I’m dedicated to helping them avoid the struggles I faced and achieve lasting succes

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated in business by focusing on my purpose: empowering entrepreneurs to succeed. Reflecting on my journey and the challenges I’ve overcome reminds me of the importance of the work I do. Celebrating my clients' wins, continually learning, and leaning on my faith keep me energized. Knowing that my efforts make a real difference in the lives of others fuels my passion to keep growing and serving every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With a $25,000 grant, I would invest in key areas to scale and strengthen Jireh Bookkeeping & Consulting LLC. Funds would go toward marketing to expand brand awareness, upgrading technology for more efficient client service, and attending advanced training for professional growth. I’d also allocate funds to build a stronger team, enhance client education resources, and host events to empower entrepreneurs. This grant would fuel my mission to help more businesses thrive.
