Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My three children—Saniya, Bailey, and Brody—along with the families I have the honor of serving, are my greatest inspirations in business. They remind me every day why I’m committed to creating meaningful change and building stronger, healthier communities.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying in tune with myself, prioritizing self-care, and remaining actively involved in serving others. Even as an owner, I believe it’s essential to stay connected to the work and the people I serve, which keeps me grounded and inspired to keep pushing forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000 honorarium, I would invest in advancing community mental health by expanding my business and programs to develop innovative initiatives and enhance access to vital services. If permissible, I would also use a portion personally and professionally to invest in my leadership and well-being, recognizing that these investments ultimately strengthen my ability to lead, serve, and create a greater impact for the individuals and families I work with.
