Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration in business comes from the communities I serve. As someone who transitioned from the service industry into insurance and construction, I saw firsthand the existing gaps, particularly in underserved and minority communities. My mission has been to bridge those gaps by empowering others with knowledge, tools, and opportunities to succeed. The resilience of individuals facing challenges inspires me—whether it's homeowners recovering from disasters or educating my peers

I stay motivated by focusing on the impact I can create. Seeing how my work empowers individuals—helping homeowners rebuild or guiding professionals into new careers—drives me daily. I’m fueled by the belief that bridging gaps in knowledge and opportunity can transform lives and communities. Knowing that my efforts can inspire change and leave a lasting legacy keeps me passionate and committed, no matter my challenges.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would expand Mystic University to provide accessible training and resources for individuals entering the insurance and construction industries. This would include scholarships, workshops, and tools to help underserved communities bridge gaps in opportunity. Additionally, I’d invest in outreach programs to inspire the next generation of professionals, ensuring this funding creates a lasting, meaningful impact in careers and communities.
