My business is inspired by the trailblazers—individuals and organizations—who have dedicated themselves to advancing equality between men and women in economic affairs, education, and access to opportunities. Their courage and perseverance remind me that impactful change begins with a vision and the determination to pursue it. These leaders have shown that even a few, determined voices can transform societies, and I aspire to carry forward their legacy through the work of my business

How do you stay motivated?

I am motivated by the knowledge that I am my grandmother’s wildest dreams—a woman who boldly spoke up for what was right and pursued her goals despite societal norms. Her resilience drives me to create lasting change in my community, build a legacy for my future family, and inspire black and brown women to step confidently into their purpose, knowing their dreams are valid and achievable.

What would you do with the $25,000?

This $25K grant will support Soul Movement Success' growth by maintaining our staff and infrastructure, enabling leadership development, business coaching, and community-building initiatives. It will enhance our outreach to foster partnerships that build scholarships and wealth for entrepreneurs. Additionally, the funding will ensure affordable access to professional development services and events like our signature SOULpowerment Summit, expanding our impact.
