My inspiration comes from my own journey of overcoming challenges and discovering the power of mindset. Struggling with health issues and burnout in my previous career, I realized I wanted to help people who were ready for real change. I found inspiration in leaders like Tony Robbins and Gabby Bernstein, whose work showed me what’s possible. Now, I’m driven to empower athletes to unlock their full potential by combining proven strategies with my unique approach to mindset and perform

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated during tough times by maintaining strong routines. My evening routine ensures my brain processes information effectively, leading to restful sleep. I wake at 5:30-6 a.m. and follow a morning routine with visualization, gratitude, EFT tapping, and setting daily goals with actionable steps. I also connect with my guardian angels, asking for guidance and signs. Witnessing these signs and small miracles fills me with confidence and keeps me inspired, knowing I'm on the right path.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I were to win $25,000, I would focus on marketing my business and expanding the reach of the products I am developing. I am writing a book, "The Mental Edge: Developing the Mindset of a Hockey Champion," and creating programs for players, parents, and coaches. I aim to build a membership-style platform to provide broader access to my resources, allowing me to support more athletes, including those who may not afford 1:1 services, while fostering a community for growth and developmen
