Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business are the people who creates impact and change for individuals. I love the no gate keeping community. I am inspired from witnessing resilience through my work as a vocational rehabilitation counselor and personal experience with a close relative recently released from incarceration. His journey showed me the critical need for support in overcoming barriers. TRAPP HOUSE LLC reflects my passion for providing justice-involved individuals with the tools and opportunities

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the lives I can impact through my work. Seeing individuals regain hope, independence, and stability pushes me daily. My personal connection, fuels my passion for creating opportunities for justice-involved individuals. His process reminds me that change is possible with the right support, and knowing I play a role in that transformation keeps me inspired to continue this work.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will allocate the funds to enhance my reentry services and transitional housing program for justice involved individuals. The primary focus will be to establish a foundation for sustainable operations while maximizing our impact on participants successful reintegration. $12k for facility setup. $8k for program development and resources.$3k for marketing &outreach and $2k for emergency fund. This would directly support our mission to help justice involved individuals transition into societ
