Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from the resilience of individuals overcoming life’s challenges and my desire to create opportunities for them to feel seen, valued, and empowered. Additionally, eco-conscious brands like Patagonia and social enterprises like TOMS inspire me to combine purpose with sustainability, proving that business can be a force for positive change.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my “why,” the impact Sunshine Collison can have on others’ lives. Seeing the potential to uplift and inspire those facing challenges drives me. I also set clear goals, celebrate small victories, and remind myself of the difference even one person can make. Surrounding myself with positive energy and staying aligned with my purpose keeps me going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would focus on building a strong foundation for Sunshine Collison. This includes creating a professional website, designing and producing an eco-friendly clothing line, and marketing to reach our target audience. A portion would fund branding and packaging to reflect our mission. Additionally, I’d allocate resources to establish the nonprofit branch, ensuring we can support individuals overcoming challenges while promoting sustainability and individuality through fashion.
