Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I love women's fashions. As women, we naturally create many different styles that expresses who we are and how we feel. I've always been interested in entrepreneurship and owning my own business one day. I'd like to start a woman's consignment boutique. I'm a lady that loves fashion & bargains. The freedom to have a business that allows you to express your passion and creativity while gaining a customer base that has the appreciation for the gently used items that you sell is very inspiring.

How do you stay motivated?

I've always been a goal oriented person! I love challenging myself. Once I get an idea in my mind, I will continue to try to reach that goal. I have no problem accepting defeat if something that I'd envisioned doesn't come to fruition, and just because that particular goal isn't achieved it does not deflate me. If anything, it just motivates me more. One of my favorite sayings is, "just because you didn't reach your goal, change the plan but never the goal."

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would find a shop in a small shopping complex that has foot traffic, preferably near a family oriented subdivision. I'd design a boutique that is inviting and welcoming to all women. Classy but not stuffy, looks elegant but not overpriced. It's a resale shop that doesn't give you the feel of being in your typical thrift store establishments. A place where a community of women can come together, shop and or resale their special items.
