Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Hi 🫶🏿 My inspiration stems from the capacity to comprehend the purpose of my professional journey, which is to assist and educate others in achieving unprecedented heights. This inspiration is fueled by the ability to inspire others through my actions, as well as by maintaining faith in my community despite its challenges, thanks to my inspiration, God, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

How do you stay motivated?

I remain motivated by my faith in God. My children and desire to break generational barriers keep me grounded. Hearing the success stories of my Alumni motivates me to continue giving back, as I believe God still has a purpose for me. This resonates with J.T. Pharmacy Technician Training Program's motto, 'Failure isn't an option,' which reminds me that success requires perseverance and hard work.

What would you do with the $25,000?

My strategy would involve leveraging the funds to enhance the Simulated Pharmacy Lab by integrating additional software and desktops, resulting in an enriched educational experience for students, as well as covering business expenses. I would also initiate a Grant Program to benefit a worthy candidate within my institution, as well as someone who requires financial assistance. Introducing this program has been a persistent goal of mine, reflecting my dedication to making a positive impact.
