Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I love time with family and friends, I love games, and I love gatherings. As a kid I remember thinking, 'even funerals would be fun if they weren't so sad.' Questioning mortality made me realize, WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE. That said, death is still our biggest fear. Youlogy helps people challenge the fear of death by using a light hearted and humor filled experience. Youlogy helps users realize life is too short not to laugh at death!

How do you stay motivated?

Walk into any store (even the grocery store) and you will see walls of board games and party games. I'm not disillusioned, I know the road to success is going to be challenging. I find the best way to motivate myself is to invite some friends over and play Youlogy. Re-connecting with Youlogy as a player, and re-connecting with my family and friends, helps to motivate me. We love the game, therefore it's already a success. Now it's time to hone in on the business side.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will put the $25 000 towards marketing. As mentioned above competition is heavy in this realm and I need to get the word out about how much fun Youlogy is. I have enjoyed finding creative low-cost strategies to promote the game (like buying a hearse and branding it), but this money will allow me to move into more traditional avenues of marketing. Customer acquisition is pricey and this will definitely alleviate the financial burden.
