Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Our clients are my inspiration. I get the greatest internal reward hearing the stories from clients whose lives have been changed as a result of participating in our programs at NW Personal Training. It brings me so much joy to know that we’ve played a role in helping someone look and feel their best and that is what inspires me to do what I do. I count it a huge blessing to do something that I love so much.

How do you stay motivated?

In order to be a high performer, you need high energy and that's why staying physically fit and strong is critical to staying motivated to give back to others. It's hard to be great if you don't feel great so I start each day with a workout to rev my energy systems and set my mind on what I need to accomplish that day. I believe daily workouts are a must for successful entrepreneurs.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Our business was devastated during Covid and we are still rebuilding. I would use the funds to expand our marketing initiatives, equipment and program options to attract new clientele to our business. This will provide greater stability to our business and assure we can continue to positively impact lives for decades.
