Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by creating something with my own hands, from branding and packaging to building a business focused on exceptional customer experiences. Working for a Greek family, I learned their cuisine, including baklava, while my Southern mom taught me the art of baking delicious desserts. Combining these influences, I developed a Southern/Greek fusion baklava to share the best of both cultures with the world.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the opportunity to bring something meaningful into the world—combining the rich culinary traditions I’ve learned with my creativity and vision. The support of my family and friends, the progress I’ve made with Sheer Ambrosia, and the chance to connect with people through my craft fuel my determination. Knowing I’m building a legacy that reflects my values and passion pushes me to keep striving for excellence every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win the $25,000 prize, I will use it responsibly and strategically to strengthen and grow Sheer Ambrosia Bakery. Part will ensure the business stays financially stable, covering essential costs. I’ll also invest in hiring a new employee to improve production and efficiency. The rest will fund carefully planned marketing efforts to expand my reach and grow my customer base. Every dollar will be used thoughtfully to support the business’s sustainability and growth.
