Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My babies (nieces, nephews, and students) are my inspiration. They inspire me to keep going, especially on days when it's most challenging. Knowing that they look to me for strength, guidance, and support inspires me to be and do my best. Their future best self depends on it and inspires me to resiliently break generational curses off of my life, and theirs. Together we will create impact and leave a powerful legacy for generations to come.

How do you stay motivated?

Knowing that this is God's purpose & plan for my life motivates me each day. I realize that it's bigger than me & that He gave me the vision AND provided provision. I "simply" have to be obedient & execute the plan. On those trying days, I'm reminded of who I am & whose I am. I know that I'm a generational curse breaker & wealth builder, and that my babies are counting on me. So I stay the course--giving myself grace, love, & filling my cup, so that I can pour

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won the $25,000 prize, I'd invest it into my babies. It would afford me the opportunity to run my Enterprising Youth Entrepreneurs program which teaches youth the viability of entrepreneurship and helps them establish their own business. The winners of the Business Pitch Competition will receive funds to start up of their business. To date, we've had 3 budding entrepreneurs launch their businesses. This prize money would support more youth entrepreneurs entrepreneurial endeavors.
