How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by taking care of myself mentally, physically and emotionally. Mentally I plan out my day the night before and schedule time to complete tasks which help motivate me to continue each day and social time to spend with my husband and my son. Physically, I take time to do yoga and walk which helps boost my energy to take on my goals to grow my business and emotionally I take time to talk with my friends and journal. Most importantly I never lose sight of why I started my business.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the money into my company expanding the ERM software and security programs to ensure the highest level of protection for my clients which would cost $10,000. I would then utilize the remaining $15000 into infrastructure building a 1000sq ft greenhouse to grow all the native, noninvasive plants to be utilized for bioremediation projects and work to reaching a closed loop system for my business creating zero waste.
