Who or what is your inspiration in business?

BeallPhase Co. was inspired by the absence of my father, who was not a part of my life. Despite that, his absence shaped my drive and determination to build something meaningful on my own. The company represents resilience, growth, and a desire to create the kind of legacy that I never had but always wanted. BeallPhase Co. stands as a testament to the power of forging your own path, even without the guidance you thought you needed.

How do you stay motivated?

Staying motivated comes easily when I see the return of engagement every time I drop a new product at BeallPhase Co. Watching people connect with what we’ve created, their excitement and feedback, fuels my drive to keep pushing forward. Each launch feels like a rewarding cycle of creativity and connection, reminding me why I started this journey.
