Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inner child, my ancestors, and all the people and clients whom I know on their own healing journeys are my inspiration. Life can be extremely difficult when you deal with mental health issues, poverty, generational trauma etc, and I want the world to know there is so so much hope to heal. We CAN heal from trauma, anxiety, etc and it requires a WHOLE health approach. This is the future of mental health.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by praying, having gratitude, trusting in my purpose, and leaning on my fiancé, friends, community, and family for support. My clients motivate me to continue doing this psychotherapy and coaching work, and bringing this knowledge to the world!

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000 I would reinvest most of it back into my psychotherapy business - Horizons Holistic Healing - and into a new business - Lucky Lady Coaching- where I will continue to help people to heal their traumas, go from surviving to thriving in life, help people understand the mind-body-spirit connection in love-life-business, and advocate for this knowledge to be accessible and widespread.
