Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My breath is inspired by my grandmothers, the cornerstone of this farm. Petra meaning “Rock” & Concepcion meaning “Beginning”. Luffa’s Lavender n’ Harmony is their influence of harmony where their values of hard work, humility, & respect for the land are passed down through generations, fostering a deeper connection between people & the earth. I envision a small event center to share & promote a sustainable serenity, natural, & ecofriendly

How do you stay motivated?

My motivations stem from my generational values, experiences, & aspirations. My passion for positive impact on people's lives, improving safety & health conditions is for agricultural workers, continuously learning for students & developing new skills, achieve higher levels of expertise and competence, giving back to meaningful change for my community, using hands-on activities learning, relevant & interesting, invite industry experts to speak to students about their experience

What would you do with the $25,000?

The investment on your behalf would promote www.luffaslavendernharmony.com site & farm & support the next generation of ag. students through two $500 scholarships focused on agricultural careers. Expand our luffa, lavender, oils cultivation and market demands, organic fertilizers, water efficient system, farm equipment, research & development, educational workshops promoting environmental stewardship. This funding would create a plaque in honor of my grandmothers.
