Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the resilience and ambition of the Latino community. Witnessing their determination to overcome barriers and thrive despite systemic challenges motivates me to create opportunities through Corporate Pero Latinos. I’m also inspired by trailblazing leaders who use business as a force for good, proving that profitability and purpose can go hand in hand. Being a non-profit founder and CEO has been the most rewarding and fulfilling job I've had.

How do you stay motivated?

Through Corporate Pero Latinos, we’ve built a powerful community of trailblazers committed to paying it forward. Together, we create opportunities for underserved members of our community, from education opportunities to scholarships. Seeing how this collective effort uplifts others and drives meaningful change inspires me to keep building bridges and amplifying our impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would expand the Sin Paredes Scholarship Fund to support more students from underserved communities and connect them with mentors from Corporate Pero Latinos, creating a strong network of guidance and opportunity. I’d also invest in the nonprofit’s operations, enabling me to dedicate myself full-time to scaling our impact in the near future. This funding would amplify our mission while ensuring the sustainability of our organization.
