Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I lived by Richard Branson's quote, 'Say yes to every opportunity and figure it out along the way.' I believe this mentality played a huge role in my success. Helping to leave the world a more beautiful place is my main inspiration. i.e., a campaign I engineered for a Florida-born swimwear label (featuring a herd of GoPro-wearing sea lions) will actively help reduce the number of accidental drowning deaths of children under 5 in FL by donating a small % of sales to provide pool alarms.

How do you stay motivated?

I found my father’s body as a child after he lost his battle with alcoholism. His death became my driving force to ensure his struggles weren’t in vain. I’ve built my success to honor his sacrifice and now use my business to create campaigns that make the world better. One campaign reduced child deaths—imagine the impact I could make this year alone, especially if I inspire other businesses to adopt cause-driven strategies. Motivation is easy when you find your purpose.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Scale up! I’d hire a part-time team member to accelerate growth and gift a $1,000 or $2,500 campaign to a nonprofit of Daymond’s choice as a case study to showcase my services. A $20k+ launch ad budget is critical to spreading awareness to reach the right people because I offer business-changing services to brands, creators, platforms, and more —boosting their conversions for less. My 2025 goal? Help U.S. SMBs generate an additional $11M in sales.
