Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration for starting group homes that serve youth with severe mental health challenges stems from a deep calling I’ve felt for as long as I can remember. I firmly believe that this work is my God-given purpose, and it fills me with immense passion and gratitude every day. I have always been driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who have faced unimaginable challenges, including displacement from their natural environments. Our youth are our FUTURE.

How do you stay motivated?

What keeps me motivated is witnessing the transformation in the youth we serve. Seeing a young person walk through our doors burdened by trauma, fear, or hopelessness—and then, over time, watching them heal, grow, and rediscover their sense of worth—is truly life-changing. Their resilience inspires me. Even in the most challenging moments, I’m reminded of the incredible impact that love, support, and faith can have in someone’s life. What would you do with the $25,000?

A $25,000 investment could make a significant impact on our group home. Here are a few ideas in which we will use the funds effectively: Facility Improvements Upgrade Living Spaces: Improve bedrooms, communal areas, and therapy/visitation room relaxing and therapeutic to youth and their family Safety Upgrades: Update &enhance security systems, safety equipment, input an electronic database . Therapeutic Environment: Add calming elements like sensory rooms, for youth to deescalate safely!
