QueenBee'D Designs LLC was inspired by a heartfelt moment with my grandson, who asked me to create a piece of jewelry. That simple request sparked my passion for crafting unique, elegant designs. The name QueenBee'D reflects my creative spirit, attention to detail, and dedication to making pieces that are both beautiful and meaningful. Since 2018, my journey has been about creating a business that values individuality, sophistication, and creativity.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my faith, my accomplishments, and the encouragement of my customers who proudly wear my handcrafted designs. Their admiration and feedback validate my creativity and inspire my next steps. My support system—close friends, sorority sisters, and my pastor—provides encouragement and accountability. I also use affirmations, self-reflection, and an organized workspace to stay focused. The joy of bringing beauty into others' lives fuels my passion.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would expand my business by launching The Pearl Luxe Collection to honor my grandmother, featuring diamonds and pearls, and grow my Gentleman’s Collection with refined designs. I’d also sell quality stones and invest in teaching young girls and boys how to tap into their passions and turn them into entrepreneurship. This investment would elevate my brand while inspiring and empowering the next generation of creative entrepreneurs.
