Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from two legal icons: Judge Lynn Toler and Johnny Cochran. Watching Divorce Court with my great-grandfather sparked my desire to pursue law and mediation. Judge Toler’s empathetic yet firm approach inspired me to launch my virtual mediation company, while Cochran’s advocacy for justice motivates me to overcome setbacks. Their legacies drive me to balance compassion with strength, persist in the face of challenges, and make a meaningful impact.
