Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My grandpa was my biggest inspiration. Growing up, I spent every Sunday in the kitchen with him, watching him cook family dinners that brought everyone together. His love for food and the joy he found in sharing it taught me the true meaning of cooking with heart. Those moments shaped who I am today and inspire every dish I create at Tatum’s Table.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the incredible support from my customers and my family. My customers inspire me with their appreciation for the food I serve, while my family’s unwavering belief in me pushes me to keep growing. Their encouragement reminds me why I started and keeps me driven to keep creating and improving at Tatum’s Table

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win, I’d invest the $25,000 directly into my business. I’d use it to take Tatum’s Table to the next level. This would allow me to keep improving the experience for my customers and create a space that feels even more like home.
