Who or what is your inspiration in business?

How do you stay motivated?

I like to think of this as—motivation stays on me. I don’t have dreams, dreams have me. They stay on me, giving me vision and it lights a fire that gets me up and keeps me going, even when I’m tired or I think I should give up. Then of course my friends and family are a huge support system believing in me, even when they don’t see or understand what I’m doing themselves.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Our business model is simple and scalable because it’s easy to enterprise. We would use $25,000 to do three things: 1. Get more money. $25k needs to become $50k or more very quickly. We’d use the $25k to double it. 2. Talent Acquisition to Accelerate Growth—we have a team already that if we could pay them full-time we’d be 12 steps farther. 3.
