Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is deeply influenced by my own personal and familial experiences with injury and illness. These experiences inspired me to not only become a doctor but to establish a healthcare ecosystem that goes beyond traditional models, empowering patients to take control of their own healing and health. No matter what adversity my family faced, we were raised to be relentless in our pursuits to achieve anything we put our minds to. They will forever be my greatest inspiration.

How do you stay motivated?

Find your why. Then stick to the plan, not the mood. My honest truth is that I don't stay motivated all the time. I believe in discipline and I believe that having a strong purpose allows me to push through anything, especially an "unmotivated" mood. When I am unmotivated I remind myself of my purpose and that instantly ignites a spark. I have non-negotiables in my routine that I know ignite this same spark and if I miss, I will not be my best self and therefore cannot serve my highest

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into my business in order to create an education platform that will serve 2 purposes. First to educate likeminded healthcare practitioners on the pillars of functional medicine and how to integrate a true mind-body-soul healing model into their practise. Second to educate and empower the public with the knowledge to achieve their own mind-body-soul healing in efforts to achieve optimal health, longevity, and timeless resilience.
