Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I draw inspiration from a lot of people. One in particular being Daymond John. My admiration for him grew even more watching him on Shark Tank. Before that I was already a huge fan of his clothing brand FUBU. I remember being in high school and learning the meaning “For us by us”. I thought to myself how cool and how intentional. He made something for us. It resonated with me as I also was raised by a single mom. His story of creating something of value thru hard work and dedication

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by seeing the end goal in my mind. I have a desire to reach the world and encourage other people just like me that anything is truly possible. I read books and keep my mind fed by watching successful people who have risen from nothing to achieve greatness. Their journeys remind me that anything is possible with hard work, determination and resilience.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the winning $25k I will build my career as a inspirational speaker by hiring a branding expert, invest in skill development, a marketing course, attend seminars to connect with established industry professionals and write and publish my book.
