Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My business is designed with my community in mind. I live and work in Minneapolis MN, in an area that has suffered some of the most drastically impactful barriers to all metrics of living a successful life. My inspiration for my business comes from an indelible desire/motivation to see the underserved and underrepresented from my community achieve all that's possible.

How do you stay motivated?

Motivation for me is easy, I pray about what I want/need, ask God for direction then I move according to the answers I get from my prayers. It's a lifestyle choice for me, I know nothing meaningful comes to those who wait aimlessly, so intentionality is imperative for continued success. I'm working hard to leave a lasting legacy of greatness for my children/family, whom are also my motivation.

What would you do with the $25,000?

First and foremost, I'd pay tithes of 10% to my church, I'd take 50% of the remaining and split it between my savings and my investment accounts. 50% of the remaining $11,250 would be split and used for a scholarship for a start up business or entrepreneur and my own personal business needs. With the remaining $5,625 I'd take my family on a short vacation.
