Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the resilient women in my life and my own experiences of losing my brother to suicide and growing up fatherless. These challenges fueled my passion for creating A Sisterhood for Fatherless Daughters, a space where women can heal, connect, and grow. I believe in the power of sharing our stories and building community to transform pain into strength. Helping others find resilience in their journey drives me every day.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by reminding myself of my purpose: creating a supportive community for fatherless daughters. Seeing the impact of our work and hearing stories of resilience from the women we serve fuels my passion. I also stay grounded through daily practices like meditation, journaling, and setting clear goals, which keep me focused and aligned with my mission.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d invest in growing A Sisterhood for Fatherless Daughters by expanding our programs, hosting impactful events like the Stories of Resilience campaign, and providing resources like self-care kits and scholarships. This funding would allow us to reach more women, build a stronger community, and offer meaningful opportunities for growth, healing, and connection. It’s all about creating spaces where fatherless daughters feel seen, supported, and empowered.
