Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the incredible individuals I’ve had the privilege of working with—adults with disabilities who bring passion, creativity, and dedication to everything they do. Their determination to overcome societal barriers inspires me daily to create opportunities where they can thrive and be valued.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by seeing the direct impact Brewability has on our employees and community. Every smile, breakthrough moment, and story of inclusion reminds me why I started this journey. The support from customers who believe in our mission keeps me energized and focused.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would expand the concept of Brewability through licensing, enabling individuals across the country to create inclusive spaces and workplaces. Every community has a need for meaningful job opportunities and welcoming environments for individuals with disabilities, and this funding would help us share our proven model to inspire change nationwide.
