My inspiration in business is the vision of creating a space where children feel valued, nurtured, and empowered to learn and grow. I’m driven by the desire to support working families, inspired by my own experiences as a parent and educator. Seeing children reach milestones and families thrive motivates me to keep building an impactful and inclusive environment like Inspired Achievers Academy.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my "why"—the children and families I serve. Seeing the joy and growth in the kids at Inspired Achievers Academy reminds me of the impact I’m making. I also draw motivation from my own journey, knowing I’m building something meaningful for my community. Setting clear goals, celebrating small wins, and leaning on my passion for education and childcare keeps me energized, even during challenges.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would invest in expanding Inspired Achievers Academy’s programs and resources to better serve our families. Funds would be used to enhance our second-shift care program, including purchasing educational materials, upgrading classroom equipment, and providing comfortable sleep arrangements for children. Additionally, I would implement staff training programs focused on child development and safety, ensuring high-quality care. A portion of the funds would go toward marketing
