Who or what is your inspiration in business?

When I started, I knew nothing about running a business. That challenge inspired a relentless pursuit of growth, showing me that failure isn’t an end—it’s a lesson. I’m inspired by thinkers like Simon Sinek, Arbinger, EOS, and Daniel Pink’s Drive, who remind us that purpose, accountability, and alignment create lasting impact. Understanding that everyone’s truth is their own has taught me that action, empathy, and learning open the door to transformation.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by embracing the lessons failure brings and knowing every step forward builds clarity and resilience. Learning to run a business while helping co-parents run their business of raising children taught me that alignment begins with understanding. Seeing people turn conflict into connection drives me. The belief that progress is born from purpose—and that doing nothing costs far more than trying—keeps me moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d create a prototype for BeAligned—a SaaS platform that unites providers, parents, and families by breaking down silos and fostering collaboration. By incorporating all perspectives and encouraging informed solutions, BeAligned transforms communication, reduces conflict, and builds stronger, healthier communities. This investment empowers families and professionals to create lasting, impactful change.
