Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is my family, my mentors, and in particular my two wonderful grandmothers, one no longer with us here, who exemplify hard work founded by a desire to make a difference in other's lives.

How do you stay motivated?

I see the growth of my students, I get to catch some of the rays of glory coming off of them when they succeed at becoming professional and impactful entertainers that connect with their audience and inspire them and it always keeps me moving forward. Also, I believe that the music entertainment industry needs positive change, and I know that me and my company can do great things to make a difference and get things back to the importance of music that unites and inspires our world.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would grow the marketing strategy of my business to be able to reach more individuals that truly want to level up as performers. I would also set up a viable studio that anyone in our community or that is partnered with our cause would be able to use for production.
