With $25,000, I’d sponsor pilots in toxic, high-turnover workplaces to demonstrate a 20-30%+ reduction in turnover and measurable improvements in engagement and productivity. These pilots will generate case studies to inspire adoption by other companies. I’d also allocate funds to targeted marketing, reaching 10,000 HR leaders through social media campaigns and educational content, amplifying awareness and building momentum to transform workplaces at scale.
